Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 12x platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the 12x platform in Malaysia, including visitors, registered users, and any party accessing content or services through our website or mobile application. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 12x platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under applicable law.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. 12x will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact customer support immediately.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 12x reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including by requesting valid identification documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on the account.
- Fraud or attempted fraud in financial transactions
- Registering multiple accounts or using a false identity
- Abuse of platform promotions or bonuses
- Using automated software or bots without written authorisation
- Violation of any part of these terms
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, including all bets placed, transactions approved, and any communications sent through the platform.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security of 12x systems
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to others
- Using a VPN or any method to conceal your true location or identity for the purpose of circumvention
- Engaging in any form of collusion or collaborative cheating in games or betting
12x reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, or legal proceedings where necessary.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All transactions on the 12x platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied for Malaysian users. Supported payment methods include DuitNow, GrabPay, and legitimate Malaysian online banking.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. 12x reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests where payment information does not match the verified account records.
Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to the account balance. Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe depending on the chosen method, subject to account verification requirements being met. Where suspicious transactions are identified, 12x reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing pending the outcome of an investigation.
Any attempt to conduct money laundering or financial fraud through the platform will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
12x provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no implied warranties regarding its reliability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions from time to time due to maintenance, system updates, or factors beyond our control.
12x is not liable for any financial losses, loss of anticipated profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including internet connectivity issues or user device failures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12x platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of 12x or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 12x platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 12x is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
12x reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
